Dr. Andrea Higgins is a Specialist in Movement and Fitness. She realized early on in her career that everything is connected. Without movement - there is no function. Her goal is to get you to reach your goals with her high-level approach to exercise, movement, and corrective exercise. There is a manual therapy approach to assist as well!
