Jaw Pain, Headaches, and Sinus Pressure - and a Connection to Your Pelvic Floor

Have you ever experienced jaw pain?

Do you clench your teeth at night, or when you are stressed?

How about headaches? When do you notice those coming about?

Well, believe it or not, there is a significant connection between jaw pain, headaches, AND sinus pressure on your pelvic floor!

When you are born, you have similar time frames when your jaw muscles and pelvic floor muscles are created and formed. This has a fascial and a neurological connection for the rest of our lives.

If we have a lot of tension in our jaw, chances are, we will experience some tension or tightness in our pelvic floor as well.
